fresh fruit popsicles

Wednesday, June 22, 2016

Hello beautiful people! I hope all is well in your lives at the moment! And yes I know I told you I was going to post this last weekend, but my fridge was in my dining room and it just made everything very difficult! But, I do have the popsicle recipe for you today!

Now don't you just want to eat that popsicle? Now you can with this wonderful recipe!

Fresh Fruit Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients

Pineapple
Kiwi
Strawberries
Lemonade or juice of choice

Tools needed

Popsicle molds

Fruit Prep: Wash all the fruit before beginning. Cut the pineapple in chunks, cut the strawberries in slices, and cut the kiwi in slices and then cut the slices in half.

Popsicles Mold Prep: Make sure to wash the molds, especially if they were just bought or have been stored for a long time.

Instructions: I typically have no pattern on putting the fruit in the molds, I just loosely fill them with the fruit until I am a little below the fill line. I make sure to eat any extra fruit because why not? Once the molds are filled with fruit, I pour in the lemonade or juice until it reaches the fill line. When placing the popsicle sticks into the molds, you may have to move the fruit around or stab it with the stick, either way works. Make sure to place in the freezer for at least 24 hours to make sure the fruit is completely frozen. When removing the popsicles from the molds, I run them under warm water for about 2 minutes before pulling them out.

Now it is time to sit by the water and enjoy a delicious popsicle!

xoxo, Aubs
